NoVa West Sponsorships
NoVa West Lacrosse seeks out sponsors
each year to help support the select
teams. These teams will be
competing in the most prestigious collegiate lacrosse
recruiting tournaments in the country. Each summer NoVa
West Lacrosse prepares a media guide
with bio information about each of these
players which is mailed to all college
coaches, provided to each college coach
at tournaments, given to each family of
our players and the players high school
coaches. We allow local businesses
to advertise in this guide at a very
reasonable price. NoVa West
also produces a second media guide specifically for the NoVa West Shootout which will be held on Saturday July 18th
and Sunday July 19th
at Notre Dame Academy. This event will be a college
recruiting showcase with eight teams from Delaware, New
Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. There will
also be three newspapers in attendance covering this event.
For the price of one ad space, your add will be placed in
both guides.
This is
especially a great opportunity for restaurants since over
1,500 people will be in attendance for this tournament.
This is a
very inexpensive, effective and worthy way to get some
advertising for your business. Some of the businesses that

We are offering
several levels of advertising opportunities this year. All
proceeds go towards expenses for the team.
Friends
With your friends sponsorship your name will be printed on
the friends of NoVa West Lacrosse page in both the media
guides and on the web site. There is no minimum for this donation level.
Silver
With your silver sponsorship you will receive a ½ page ad in
the media guide, a complimentary copy of the media
guide and a link on our sponsors page of our web site for
the remainder of the year. The cost for the silver
sponsorship is $50 dollars.
Gold
With your gold sponsorship you will receive a full page ad
in the media guide, a complimentary copy of the media
guide and a logo link on our sponsors page of our web site
for the remainder of the year. The cost for the silver
sponsorship is $100 dollars. This sponsorship also
permits the sponsor to setup a tent at the prestigious NoVa
West Shootout lacrosse tournament.
Platinum
With your Platinum sponsorship you will receive inside or
back cover of the media guide and a logo link on the
sponsors page of our web site. The cost for the silver
sponsorship is $200 dollars. This sponsorship also permits
the sponsor to setup a tent at the prestigious NoVa West
Shootout lacrosse tournament.
The media guides will be a 8
½” by 5 ½” glossy professionally printed guide. Ad spaces
for a full page are 7” by 5” and for a ½ page ad space is 3
