 2009 NoVa West Rosters
With the addition of the Outbreak in 2009 the competition to
make the Crusaders squad will be intense. Players from
the Crusaders squad will be evaluated after the the first
two tournaments and coaches from both NoVa West and SMS will
select the top 12 players from both sides.
When you make the NoVa West roster you know right
away that you will be participating in premier recruiting
events and won't be placed on a second tier team that plays
in lower caliber tournaments. By accepting a spot on the
NoVa West roster players are expected to be committed to the
program and their summer team mates. Any recruiting
team in the summer that plays together as a team will
benefit all the individuals on the team.
We do not take Post Grad (PG) players since many tournament
prohibit PG players on the roster. We also do not take
players that have already committed to collegiate programs.
This is a recruiting team and all the roster spots will be
filled by players that are still looking to be recruited.
The focus of a good recruiting program should be one
that works to find it's players collegiate opportunities not
just win games at all costs.
