NoVa
West Lacrosse was established in 2005 and has rapidly
become the premier off-season lacrosse program in Northern
Virginia. Our Mission, to provide the most competitive
off-season select teams and the best youth camps, clinics
and personal instruction available.
Congratulations to our 2011 NoVa
West Flamingos: After a great showing at the
Brine Shootout the Flamingos finished the recruiting season
off with a 7-3 top ten finish at the Battle of the Hotbeds
in Delaware. The majority of our Flamingos roster are
being contacted by colleges for their final decisions as to
where they will be playing collegiately. As we get
news about our commitments we will post them on our site.
Welcome Max Seibald
NoVa West is very excited to announce the addition of MLL
All-Pro Max Seibald to the family. Max has already
hosted a couple clinics for NoVa West and will continue to
be a big part of our family moving forward. Where else can you have
the 2009 Tewaaraton trophy winner teach you the skills he
has used to become an MLL All-Pro. 2012 Structure
After a very successful 2011 Summer NoVa West will once
again tweak its structure on the boys side of the house in
an effort to utilize our staff of quality coaches. For 2012
we will have the following boys teams: U11 A & B, U13 A & B,
U15 A, High School Varsity and High School Elite.
Registrations for our Boys Summer Select Tryouts open
Friday February 3rd.

West Indoor Lacrosse League (NWILL) goes "BOX" The NoVa West Indoor Lacrosse League's
2012 Winter season is now
accepting team and individual registrations. This is a
game only league held out of the Purcellville Sports
Pavilion. This
league fills up quickly so register early to secure your
spot. more info....
Over 550 Players tried
out for NoVa West select teams in 2011, the quality of
play was phenomenal. Tryout dates and times for our
2012 Summer teams will be posted soon.
New Age Structure for 2012 U11 birth
date is not before 9/1/2000 U13 birth date is between 9/1/1998 and 8/31/2000 U15 birth date is between 9/1/1996 and 8/31/1998 HS Teams are un-affected by this change

Season Speed Agility Training!
Being a great lacrosse
player requires a combinations of lacrosse ability, desire
and athleticism. To excel in the game and play at the
next level you can't be missing any of the ingredients.
By working with a speed & agility group you will maximize
your potential. In 2012 NoVa West will have some
exciting news about a new alignment with a premier speed and
agility organization.
