NoVa West Coaches (Girls)
Much like our boys' program, NoVa West will provide the most experienced group of coaches that any summer lacrosse program in Northern Virginia has to offer. One of our main missions is to make sure that our players are instructed by people who are playing or have played the game at the highest level,  we feel that there is nothing better for these players than to learn from coaches that have learned the proper fundamentals and can pass these fundamentals and advanced techniques on to every NoVa West player.  While Parents can sometimes make great coaches, we do not have parents coaching in our organization as this inevitably leads to political problems within teams.
