Rob played
collegiately at the University of Richmond (1993-1996), Coach Horne assumed
control of the Loudoun High School lacrosse varsity program in 1997.
From 1997 to 2001, Coach Horne's Loudoun team amassed a cumulative 49-27
record while playing a competitive public and private school schedule.
In 2000, Coach Horne was fortunate enough to be named the Washington Post
Extra Coach of the Year for lacrosse.
In the Spring of 2002, Coach Horne assumed control of the fledgling
