One of NoVa
West's founding principals is that we will not have fathers of players
coaching teams which will eliminate any pre-conceived teams which is a
complaint about many other local club teams. The evaluation team
for the U11 try-outs include the following:
Evaluation Team
Rob Horne - Head Coach Notre Dame Academy
Devin Pinkston - D1 Attack Presbyterian College Head Coach Virus/Venom
Dennis Cox - D3 Defense Shenandoah University Head Coach Crusaders

Players
must attend at least one tryout to be eligible for team selection. All

spot on the Iguanas roster for the summer.

Making a summer select team should be an honor and we are
looking for players that will treat it as such. The
Iguanas Coaching staff will all rank out players in
various categories with a 1-5 ranking. The roster will
consist of 20-24 players (2 Goalies, 6 Defenders/LSM, 9-10
Middies, 4-5 attack and 1 specialist). The top rated players
in each category will make the team. We may also
select some alternates for the summer in case of injuries.
