NoVa
West’s High School teams offer their players the highest
level of competition, coaching and recruiting exposure
available in Northern Virginia. In our seven years of
recruiting teams we have had 36 players graduate from our
program and 32 of them have gone on to play
collegiately.
The Crusaders focus on getting younger high school players
early exposure and continued development throughout the
summer. The Crusaders will now bridge the gape between the
U15 Virus and NoVa West’s High School Elite Flamingos
program.

Eligibility
The Crusaders will be made up of 24-26 players. Players must also be rising freshman thru senior for the upcoming school
year. The rosters size will be limited so that each player on the
roster will get adequate playing time.
NoVa West requires a minimum GPA of 2.5 from all the
players wishing to tryout for the High School level team.
Why do we require this? Because NoVa West likes to consider
itself unique among summer select teams in that our mission
is to maintain a very high percentage of our players making
it to the next level. Most college coaches will not
even talk to players with GPAs lower than 2.5 so we feel by
putting this restriction on our players that we will be able
to work with them and get them placed into a quality
collegiate program. Remember at some point the ball
will stop bouncing and we all need to be able to fall back
on our education to further our lives.
Drugs & Alcohol - NoVa West has a zero tolerance policy when
it comes to drugs & alcohol, if any of our players are under
the influence or are in possession of during any of our
event the player will be removed from the team immediately
without refund.
