All players/parents should complete a Waiver of
Liability/Medical Release Authorization form. These forms
should be turned in at the scorers table, as a team, prior
to the team's first game. To download a Waiver of Liability

20 minute
running halves. 3 minute halftime. Stop and start
last minute of the game only |

|
One
Time out per game (30 Seconds), No horns |

|
Time
serving penalties. Penalty time kept by the Scorers
Table. Stop and start penalty time |

Scorers
Table start and end the games on the Scoreboard |

College rules apply |

In case of tie – 2 Minute
sudden victory period. If after overtime there is
still no winner, there will be a 2 v 2 brave-heart to
determine the winner |

Fighting will not be tolerated! First offense
will result in tournament ejection! |

treat the officials, opponents, and shootout staff
with the same respect you would like to be shown. |
